Week Three Down - ELL

A day late, but not a dollar short!  This week, as predicted, I was sick, and as much as I would have LOVED to have indulged in ALL of my favorite comfort foods......I resisted.  I knew I wasn't going to be doing much in the way of working out, so I tried to still maintain my healthy eating (aside from Saturday when my husband decided it would be a good idea to go to Friendly's)  In the end I am only down 1/2 pound this week, but still on the downward slope so all is still well with the universe ;-)

Been looking into some different exercise routines.  Couch to 5K seems like the most realistic one, LOL  Nice little plan that works you into a 5K jog.  Ideally I would love to get back into shape enough to do P90X again, or maybe even *gulp*...Insanity.  For now I will stick with my treadmill, pool and good ole walks around the neighborhood.

Favorite food this week:  Scrambled egg whites!  Just like the real thing, only BETTER!
