Week Three Down - DEE

Ok ok, I already know, I'm almost a week late in posting. So sorry, but I have been pretty busy. Anywho, this week was a good week as well. I lost 2 more lbs, which brings the grand total to 5 lbs so far. Not too bad if I say so myself. Im trying to keep myself motivated when it comes to my working out 3 days a week, whether it's the treadmill, or walking alot, or even working hard in the yard. As hot as it has been outside lately, I'm sure to sweat all the weight off, lol. Now that it's officially summer I might even try to get myself to the pool. I only wish I had a pool in my back yard like my fabulous SIL, yeah yeah I'm jealous ELL, lol!!

I must say that I'm proud of my progress and sticking to this. Usually by week three in the past I would have given up by now. But not this time. I know that I really need to do this, not just for my physical but my mental, lol. Being heavier than you ever wanted to be really makes you depressed. So that's my story for this week! Catch ya'll next week!!

Favorite food this week: Grilled Chicken with Corn on the Cob!! YUM YUM
