Kettlebell WHAT? ..... ELL
Yeah, I know, I had the same reaction when I heard the words "kettlebell workout". "It's a whaaa?" Then when I started looking into it further I thought it was just another new fad exercise with outrageous claims like the rest of them out there, (no need to mention, we know which ones they are) but much to my surprise it's actually been around ALOT longer than most exercise we do currently. Not only that, it a powerhouse when it comes to maximizing calorie burning. It is officially my new workout since I am limited in the time that I have to spend on working out. Who wants to run on a treadmill, then use weights, then stretch, then blah blah blah??? Maybe you do, maybe you don't, all I know is I want to maximize my time spent working out and this is the best way I have found yet.
A long-time friend was actually the first person I had heard about it from (super fit, cute as a button). There are MANY resources out there, good and bad, so when I find a good one I will be sure to pass it along. Please dear god though, don't believe everything you watch on YouTube, you are likely to get hurt from someone who "thinks" they know it all.
