Week Two Down - DEE

Alright, this is now week two down. I must say it was a pretty good week. I worked out 4 days this week and let me tell you it felt great. I sure felt it in the evenings, was kinda sore, but nothing a good nights sleep didn't cure. It sure is nice to have something to be working toward and not alone doing it.

I don't know what to say as far as weight loss goes. In the beginning of the week I was down 4 lbs from the previous week, then a couple days later I was only down 2 lbs from the previous week, and now I'm just right back to the same weight as the previous week, lol. Not to get too close and personal, but mother nature sure is playing games with me. Let's just say I have some extra "Water Weight" but will be gone soon, thank goodness!! Must say that it's annoying, but it won't keep me down, lol!!

On a positive note, I'm starting to feel better about myself. Eating healthy and working out makes me feel better physically and mentially because I'm actually doing something about it. I can't tell you how many times I have said that I wanted to loose weight and did absolutely nothing about it. Or started to do something about it and then just gave up. I lookin forward to being "HOT" lol!! J/K

Favorite food/drink this week: Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt and Oatmeal. Mmm mm Diet Green Tea!! And my snacks are these yummy fruit bars (it's an ice cream bar, but consists of fruit, the strawberry one's are my absolute favorite).
