I've spent my whole life fighting my weight.  It's obviously Gods little joke, though I don't see the humor =P  I've done just about every ridiculous weight loss trick you can think of, and in the end I still end up back to where I started.  This time I have decided that instead of looking for the "quick fix" that I would hunker down and do the right thing; i.e: eating healthier combined with regular exercise. That however is going to require some SERIOUS motivation, determination and will power!!!  I've decided that I am not going to fight my metabolism anymore, but instead...... TRICK IT!, lol  Well more like a mutual understanding.  I vow to feed it right and give it a good work out and in turn it will work faster. (*crosses fingers*)

Dee and I have decided to lean on each other for support, and the occasional kick in the BUTT when needed, and track it here on our blog.  Sharing stories (the good and the bad), recipes, food facts, pictures and just life in general.  I couldn't ask for a better sister-in-law if I tried.
